JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for providing top-notch customer support? We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle daily customer inquiries for our growing dropshipping business. This is a remote position with an initial commitment of one hour per day, with the potential to increase to four hours or even full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality email support to customers.
Address customer concerns, refunds, and order issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Utilize GPT-powered tools to enhance responses and efficiency.
Maintain a positive customer experience to increase satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
At least two years of experience in email support for dropshipping (mandatory).
Strong ability to use GPT-powered tools efficiently.
High emotional intelligence (tests may be conducted).
Generally high intelligence, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
