E-commerce and Social Media Promoter

Job Description:
We sell products through eBay and our Shopify website. We need a proactive, creative E-commerce and Social Media Promoter to help boost our sales. This isn’t a copy-paste job—it’s a role for a thinker who can work independently, generate fresh ideas, and take initiative to move our inventory. You’ll focus on pushing existing listings and promoting our products by creating engaging posts with product photos on Facebook, Instagram, X, and other social media platforms, as well as putting items on sale on eBay. You’ll need to come up with strategies to boost sales and clear stale items, running your ideas by the manager for approval before implementing them.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote existing eBay listings to increase visibility and sales (e.g., suggest pricing tweaks, share listings, or highlight them).
Push new arrivals and stagnant inventory on Facebook, Instagram, X, and other social media platforms.
Come up with ideas to move products (e.g., promotions, bundles, or posts) and run them by the manager for approval.
Put items on sale on eBay and promote them across platforms.
Monitor inventory and execute approved strategies to keep products moving.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience with eBay (beyond just buying/selling—must know how to manage and promote listings).
Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X (posting, engaging followers).
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Creative thinker who can work independently and take initiative.
Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.
Note: This role has the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs. Candidates should be available for this possibility and ideally not committed to other employment.
