Hey hey,
I am looking for a cool person to be my full time Virtual Assistant & Operations Manager for my Shopify Brands
We sell supplement food that helps with skin care
We aren't another cheap Chinese product reseller, rather a brand that listens and cares about the customers
We treat every customer as our friend and we will do anything to make sure they are happy with our services
I need you to feel it as you are the manager of the brand while communicating with the prospects which means you need to know every nooks and crannies about the brand, product, market
You must apply humour where ever you can because we arent another CHATGPT robot talking with customers rather and actual fun person

We dont just reply just like another customer support guy rather make her feel like you are manager of the brand and you care about them, you make sure their order is processed and delivered to them promptly, it includes knowing what the product does and telling stories to customers about the brand/product itself in every reply.
