Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Engage with potential clients and leads over the phone, maintain strong follow-up practices, and schedule appointments when necessary
Data Organization: Maintain accurate and updated records in CRMs and databases

Email
Marketing: Assist with creating, sending, and managing email campaigns
Client Follow-Ups: Ensure timely communication with leads and clients, Schedule appointments etc
Social Media Support: Schedule posts and assist in creating simple engagement strategies
Key Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with cold calling and lead generation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in tools such as CRMs, DocuSign, email marketing platforms, and scheduling software
A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Fluent English-speaking skills
Flexibility and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST)
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST (regular schedule)
11:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. EST (training period)
Compensation & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $4.00/hour ($3.80/hour during training)
Weekly Hours: 20 hours/week
Monthly Earnings: $320 per month
Work Schedule:
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday
Hours can expand based on performance.

Bonus will be provided for every deal closed
