We specialize in helping tattoo artists and shops grow their business by handling bookings, and increasing consultations.

What We’re Looking For:

We're searching for an A-player with a proven track record in sales. Experience in the tattoo or art industry is highly preferred. You must be confident, results-driven, and skilled in closing deals. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for converting inbound leads into booked tattoo sessions. No cold calling – just warm leads ready to get tattooed.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via messaging (IG DMs)
• Qualify leads and guide them through the booking process
• Address questions, provide pricing information, and schedule consultations
• Follow up with leads to close deals and collect deposits
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings in our CRM

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with a strong closing rate
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently
• Experience or passion for tattoos and art is a huge plus
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Position: Full-Time Remote Sales Representative
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)
