We are looking for motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call leads and set appointments through outbound calls. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients interested in our services.
- Answer calls from leads coming into the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure engagement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets to ensure consistent performance.
- Provide feedback on call outcomes and suggest improvements to the calling strategy.

Requirements:

- Fluent, high-level English is a must – both written and spoken.

- Must be available to work 6 days a week, 10 hours per day.

- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
- No prior experience required, but experience in calling or sales is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
- Backup for the internet in case of blackouts.
