Our Airbnb Host Liaison is responsible for acting as a primary point of contact between our property management company and Airbnb -- managing communication, resolving issues, providing support with listing optimization, and ensuring a smooth hosting experience by communicating with Airbnb regarding upholding platform policies and local regulations. This role essentially serves as a dedicated representative to manage communication, claims and guest issues with Airbnb.
Required skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Airbnb on behalf of our business
Strong problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns and host challenges
Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform features and policies
Strong knowledge of claims process, appeals process, and working proactively with Airbnb on behalf of our business.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key responsibilities may include:
Host support:
Assisting with troubleshooting issues.
Mediating between hosts and guests in case of issues, following Airbnb policies to reach fair resolutions.
