Bookkeeper Wanted for a Construction Company

Hi, we’re looking for someone who specializes in bookkeeping and account management to help us keep our finances organized and efficient. Our business is a construction company based in California, and we need a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle our monthly financial reports and vendor expense summaries.

We want to work with someone who can help streamline our financial processes and improve our cost management. We would love to find someone who can grow with us over time and take on additional responsibilities. This is an investment for us just as it is for you, and we want the fit to be right.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
? Proficient in QuickBooks
? Handle bank reconciliations
? Prepare monthly P&L statements and vendor expense summaries
? Organize and manage invoices, expenses, and receipts
? Assist with tracking construction project costs and job expenses
? Help improve financial efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs
? Ensure accurate categorization of transactions
? Assist with filing and organizing tax-related documents
? Generate detailed reports on financial performance
? Provide insights on budgeting and cost-saving strategies
