Do you have 2-4 years experience as a Setter/Messenger for a High-Ticket coaching program by engaging and nurturing potential clients from inbound booked appointments? As a requirement you consistently meet and exceed the in-house KPI's in your current position as a Senior Setter.

What Does A Senior Inbound Appointment Setter/Messenger Specialist Do?

We're looking for a long-term Senior Inbound Appointment Setter/Messenger Specialist to join our team who is in charge of maintaining engagement and nurturing potential clients via email, initially on weekends. These are inbound prospective clients who have reached out to us and booked an appointment. You'll be connecting with them via email in the timeframe between when they have scheduled an appointment to talk with us and their actual call with the sales team.

When a potential client schedules a call with our team you'll be the first point of contact to help mentor and guide them through the homework process so they're properly prepared to get the most out of their time on the call. This is the first point of contact potential clients have with us - you are changing lives!

What Does It Take To Be A Successful Appointment Setter/Messenger Specialist?

You are an excellent listener with a natural gift for empathy, compassion and meeting people where they’re ‘at’. The people who reach out are ready to make powerful shifts and changes within themselves and their lives.

You enjoy connecting with people where they’re at and are masterful at helping people who book a call to go through the pre-call homework exercises and move forward in these ways of the heart at or exceeding the in-house KPI of 31% of people responding to the space you hold in your mentoring emails. This means prospective clients get the result of being fully prepared in the best way to experience true transformation at the end of their call with the sales team.

NOTE: You only have to email the inbound leads. No outbound or calling required. You MUST have prior experience in setting/mentoring prospective clients in the 3-7 days prior to their enrollment conversation.

- You’re emotionally stable and have a natural ability to connect at a deep level with people already on the spiritual path who are struggling to stay grounded in their heart space

- You enjoy the challenge of meeting prospective clients where they are and helping them to identify and move past their fears and patterns that are keeping them stuck so they can transform themselves and their lives into the fullest expression of who they really are

- You’re not afraid to go deep and explore the “painful” aspects of life as a way of helping prospective clients towards clarity. You must be willing to meet people where they’re “at” with empathy, compassion and complete understanding (… NVC skills are a way of life for you)

- You’re willing and able to get to the truth of their situation on every session… without softening the reality of where prospective clients are “at”

- You are already experienced in high-ticket setting, meet and exceed KPI's in your current position and know you’re here to create a big impact and difference in the world

- You embrace the concept of "Kaizen" and continual improvement towards higher levels of success

- You have an ‘entrepreneurial’ mindset and are hungry and excited about growth, scaling, continuous improvement and love the challenge of working and thinking outside of the box

This is not for you if you:

- Don't have experience in high-volume inbound appointment setting/messaging for a high-ticket coaching program

- Aren’t coachable and not willing to reach out for ongoing support/guidance if you’re at/beyond your “edge” of growth

- Are someone who needs a lot of hand-holding and doesn’t trust your inner knowing… or follow through on your inner guidance in the external world

- Feel you are too sensitive, easily impacted by other’s “pain” or unable to go into deep water in these conversations, this is not a fit

- Give up easily and aren’t up for deepening through your personal blocks that get in the way of being of full service to humanity and living at your potential in all areas of life

- Own your own coaching business or work another position on weekends and are looking for a “side hustle” instead of a long-term rewarding role and expression of your deepest self

- Have an ‘employee’ mindset and prefer safety, just want to sit back to trade time for money and are motivated by achieving work-life balance as oppose to making a powerful difference and impact in the world with proven results

Here are some more specifics about the position:

- You’ll be changing lives and helping to shift the collective consciousness back to the ‘source’ which dwells within the heart centre of every single person on the planet

- You love to be in an environment where winning, celebrating and receiving is the norm

- You’ll engage and nurture new inbound bookings via email to complete the required homework before their call (full training area, support and email SOP's provided to achieve and meet the In-House KPI of 31% of prospective clients engaging with your setting/mentoring emails)

- You’ll follow the step-by-step CRM follow-up process with the provided SOP's to help guide/support these potential clients through the process, keep them engaged and ensure a high-quality customer experience

- You’ll maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring a clean and organized database with timely follow-up so prospective clients receive a 'touch-point' within each 24-hour period

- You’ll collaborate closely with the in-house sales team who will be taking the calls. You will need to message the sales team as soon as the potential clients start interacting and engaging, ensuring a smooth handover of potential clients in alignment with AEST time zones.

- You’ll participate in training via Zoom video with your camera on with the lead appointment setter to continuously improve your skills to meet and exceed KPI's

- You’ll stay updated on our service to effectively communicate with potential clients

What Are The Requirements?

- You have 2-4+ years of continuous experience doing high-volume inbound lead engagement and nurturing or similar role with an exceptional track record in a high-ticket sales environment in the coaching/mentoring niche

- You’re experienced in being methodical in high-volume inbound lead engagement and enjoy routine and detail

- You’re result orientated and consistently achieve the in-house KPI of at least 31% of prospective clients engaging with your emails

- You have an ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive material in a professional manner

- You’re fluent in written English for the nurturing emails (conversational English required for the ongoing in-house team calls)

- You have a reliable internet connection that doesn't drop out

- You must be available to work between 2-4 Hours per day initially (depending on the volume of applications) with a long-term view to come onboard F/T as skills and experience develop

- You must finish email tasks before 1PM AEST on Saturday and Sunday.

- You’re able to complete tasks in a timely manner so potential clients aren't waiting longer than 24 hours between each contact

- You have a computer with webcam for in-house trainings and are responsive to performance feedback and excited to continue learning and growing with the team

- You’re proactive in sharing challenges and achievements with the team
