Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the President of Inntech Management. This position is ideal for a proactive, resourceful professional with real estate, hospitality, and digital marketing experience. The role involves a combination of executive support, process automation, marketing coordination, and business operations assistance. You will work closely with leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while implementing AI-driven efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Operational Assistance:
Assist with hotel and property management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with different teams to monitor and improve operational processes.
• Digital & Social Media Management:
Support digital marketing initiatives, including content scheduling and basic social media management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Tech & Automation:
Leverage AI applications and automation tools to streamline business processes.
Maintain proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
• Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Ensure clear, concise, and professional written and verbal interactions.

Qualifications
• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant within the hotel, real estate, or property management industry.
Experience in hotel operations is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
Proficient in AI applications and automation software to enhance business processes.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
• Digital Marketing:
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and social media management (specifically FB, IG, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
• Communication & Organization:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
