Seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our HR consulting firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in business development, social media management, and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Outreach
- Research and track potential client companies using Google Sheets (Google Workspace)
- Conduct cold outreach via
Social Media & Content Creation
- Design eye-catching visuals using Canva
- Schedule and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and
Lead Generation & Admin Support
- Suggest new strategies to boost engagement and attract leads
- Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files and updating SOPs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and
- Excellent written English for professional
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in lead generation or business development is a plus
