We are seeking a reliable and experienced Short-Term Rental Communication Specialist to be a part of our growing portfolio.
The ideal candidate will efficiently handle guest inquiries, bookings, and issue resolutions, providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO,
Manage booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
Handle resolutions and insurance claims professionally
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams via Slack & Breezeway as needed
Assist with inventory management, including Instacart orders if required
Support other communication tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in short-term rentals is required
Familiarity with Hospitable, Airbnb, VRBO,
Experience managing resolutions or insurance claims is a strong plus
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently, proactively managing multiple tasks and messages
