I’m looking for someone who can manage a variety of tasks with a structured schedule. Thursdays will be dedicated to content creation, including at least 3 Instagram posts, 1 TikTok post, and 1 Facebook post. Mondays will be for following up with clients, gathering feedback, and requesting Google reviews from satisfied clients. Tuesdays will be reserved for hiring, including sourcing and onboarding new employees. Every day, before the end of the shift, an hour will be dedicated to bookkeeping tasks. Additionally, this person will be responsible for dispatching, connecting with, and assigning cleaners to each job, making sure they know the job type and all relevant details. Someone who can handle these tasks and any additional responsibilities as they come up would be ideal.
