JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to identify and qualify potential clients. Your primary goal will be to build targeted lead lists and set up opportunities for our sales team to convert into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads (industries, decision-makers, contact info).
Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls.
Qualify leads based on staffing needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Set up and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
Track and manage leads in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Report weekly on lead generation performance and progress.
