As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that enhance engagement and usability. Your work will directly impact thousands of users, ensuring our platform remains intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling.
Responsibilities
? Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
? Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine product designs.
? Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
? Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency.
? Optimize existing user experiences, identifying areas of improvement through data-driven insights.
? Define and maintain a consistent design system, including UI components, typography, colors, and interactions.
? Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our product competitive.
What You’ll Need
???? 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS platforms or web applications.
???? Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design.
???? Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
???? Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, A/B testing, and user behavior analytics.
????? Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (coding skills are a plus but not required).
???? Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
???? Passion for creating user-centered, data-driven designs that enhance customer experiences.
???? Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and user research insights.
