JOB OVERVIEW

We’ are an IT Company based in Florida and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage and optimize our Instantly (Email Campaign), GoHighLevel (GHL), and Nedzo (AI-powered appointment setter ) processes. If you’re a sales-driven professional with deep knowledge of the BDR process and experience with GHL workflows, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
? Manage and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using Instantly, GHL, and Nedzo
? Optimize and automate GHL workflows to improve lead nurturing and conversion
? Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads for our sales pipeline
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs
? Track and analyze campaign performance to improve outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For:
???? Proven BDR experience with a strong understanding of sales processes
???? Required Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows
???? Familiarity with Instantly and Nedzo for lead generation
???? Excellent communication and prospecting skills
???? Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and automation
