Ecommerce Specialist Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Social Media Marketing, KOL & Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the brand's cosmetic brush products on Amazon international sites (USA, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia) and the Shopee platform.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase store traffic, conversion rates, and sales.

Handle product listing, optimization, and maintenance, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and videos.

Analyze sales data and market trends to create effective promotional plans and inventory management strategies.

Monitor store performance, address customer feedback and reviews promptly, and maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

Manage advertising campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across key platforms.

Collaborate with social media influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and product promotion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers to boost product visibility and credibility.

Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and track campaign performance.

Stay updated with platform policy changes and ensure store compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operating Amazon, Shopee, or other cross-border e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of platform rules and marketing tools.

Experience in the cosmetics or beauty tools category is preferred.

Strong data analysis skills, market insight, and strategic thinking.

Experience in social media marketing, including content creation, influencer outreach, and engagement strategy.

Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate efficiently with international teams.

Highly self-motivated, with strong project management and team collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
