Make (Integromat) Automation Specialist for E-commerce Data Extraction & Processing Contract

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Make (Integromat) Automation Specialist to build and optimize three key automation workflows for our e-commerce business. These workflows will help us efficiently extract and process product data from Amazon, Walmart (both online and local stores), and Keepa API to identify profitable opportunities for resale.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Make (Integromat), API integrations, data extraction, and e-commerce product research. You will be responsible for setting up automated scenarios that retrieve and process data according to our specific business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Automate Out-of-Stock Product Extraction from Amazon via Keepa API

Extract out-of-stock items from Amazon that may be profitable to resell.

Retrieve relevant product data such as ASIN, price history, and demand trends.

Export the extracted data into an easy-to-use format for further analysis.



2. Automate Walmart Local Store Pricing Data Extraction

Set up an automation that scrapes price data from Walmart local stores (via DataSpark or alternative APIs).

Ensure the process captures accurate real-time pricing and availability for selected product categories.

Store and format the data for quick comparison with our internal inventory lists.



3. Automate Out-of-Stock Product Identification on Upgrade to see actual info

Identify out-of-stock items on Upgrade to see actual info that we can potentially restock.

Extract necessary product details, pricing, and demand information.

Format data for internal decision-making and product sourcing.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience with Make (Integromat) and API automation.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart) and product research methods.

Experience working with Keepa API, Walmart APIs, DataSpark, or similar tools.

Ability to parse and structure data effectively for business use.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills and ability to document processes clearly.


Preferred Skills (Bonus but not Required):

Experience with web scraping tools (e.g., Octoparse).

Knowledge of Google Sheets / Airtable for automation.

Familiarity with e-commerce sourcing and product research strategies.
