JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking part-time Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our outbound sales team. This role involves making cold calls to potential leads, engaging prospects in both Spanish and English, and qualifying leads to drive conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and qualify them
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Engage and build rapport with prospects in both Spanish and English.
Handle objections effectively to keep potential deals alive.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM.
Meet or exceed call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads.
Perform administrative tasks related to lead management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Must be fluent in both languages.
Neutral Accent – Clear and professional speech in both languages.
Sales Expertise – Proven ability to persuade and close deals.
Objection Handling – Strong ability to counter and address concerns.
Lead Qualification – Ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
CRM Management – Experience with lead tracking and updating records.
