WordPress Elementor Specialist (Project-Based) - Remote - Interview 2/25 10am EST

We are a rapidly growing consulting company specializing in marketing automation, digital solutions, and business growth strategies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Elementor Specialist to work on a project-based basis. We currently have a project that requires immediate help with a live Wordpress site that is already fully built, but that requires some editing and integration with our GHL CRM.

If you’re an expert in WordPress & Elementor, experienced in designing, editing, and optimizing websites, and have integrated sites with CRMs like GoHighLevel (GHL), we’d love to hear from you! Our next interview is Tuesday February 25th at 10am EST.

Position Overview
We need a specialist to edit and improve an already built website, ensuring it aligns with our clients' needs and integrates smoothly with GoHighLevel CRM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customizing WordPress sites using Elementor, optimizing performance, and setting up seamless integrations with marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities
Website Customization & Editing:
-Edit, update, and enhance pre-built WordPress Elementor websites based on project requirements.
-Customize Elementor templates and blocks to match branding and client needs.
-Implement responsive design principles to ensure mobile and desktop compatibility.

Elementor Expertise:
-Masterfully use Elementor Pro to create advanced layouts, animations, and effects.
-Optimize UI/UX design for better user experience and engagement.
-Troubleshoot and fix Elementor-related issues (e.g., styling, responsiveness, speed optimization).

GoHighLevel (GHL) Integration:
-Integrate WordPress sites with GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring seamless lead capture and automation.
-Set up web forms, funnels, and automation workflows within Elementor & GHL.
-Troubleshoot and optimize API integrations, webhooks, and custom automation setups.

Website Performance & SEO Optimization:
-Improve website loading speed and optimize for Google Core Web Vitals.
-Implement SEO best practices, including meta tags, schema markup, and image optimization.
-Ensure website security and compliance with best practices.

Third-Party Plugin & Tool Management:
-Work with various plugins to extend Elementor’s functionality.
-Set up and configure tools like Zapier, WooCommerce, membership plugins, and custom form builders.
-Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and website errors.

Basic Graphic & Content Updates:
-Edit and format content within WordPress pages and Elementor sections.
-Use Canva or Photoshop to create/edit visuals for the website.

What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:
? Proficiency in WordPress & Elementor Pro (including advanced customization).
? Strong experience in editing and optimizing existing Elementor websites.
? Knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM integrations (forms, automations, pipelines).
? Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and basic JavaScript to customize Elementor features.
? Experience with WordPress plugins, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
? Understanding of SEO principles, speed optimization, and UX/UI design.
? Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
? Experience with WooCommerce setup & optimization.
? Knowledge of Zapier, API integrations, and custom automation setups.
? Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setups.
