Inject Marketing is a digital marketing agency specializing in Meta Ads and lead generation for med spas. We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to set up and optimize automations, CRM workflows, and lead follow-ups to improve client retention and appointment bookings.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize automation workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Set up triggers, email/SMS follow-ups, and lead nurturing sequences
Manage pipeline automation for booked appointments and no-shows
Ensure proper lead distribution and notifications for med spa clients
Integrate GHL with Meta Ads and landing pages for seamless lead flow
Troubleshoot Zapier integrations and CRM issues
Provide weekly reports on automation performance and improvements

Skills and Requirements

At least one year of experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong automation, workflow, and CRM setup skills
Experience with lead nurture campaigns, including SMS, email, and follow-ups
Knowledge of Zapier, Calendly, or other integrations
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and conversion tracking (preferred but not required)
Fluent in English for communication and reporting
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
