Marketing Administrative Specialist
The Marketing Admin Specialist will be responsible for Property Management and Real Estate lead generation by creating and executing Zenith’s marketing initiatives and by providing administrative support. With a focus on expanding the Sales & Marketing team’s efficiency and capacity for growth, this Tea
Marketing tasks with the primary focus on lead generation including but not limited to:
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the development and distribution of engaging content like website copy, blog posts, social media updates, postcards,
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to manage online presence, SEO (Search engine Optimization), PPC (Pay Per Click) Campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance metrics, and provide regular reports to Sales & Marketing Manager on ROI (Return On Investment) and key marketing indicators.
• Monitor Lead Nurturing performance, creating customized marketing campaigns specifically to continually engage with non-committed prospects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications to protect and enhance the Company’s image.
Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in real estate investing.
• Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms,
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe, or similar) and basic video editing tools
Key Performance Indicators:
• Within 30 days of start date, accurately and effectively perform 60% of all marketing tasks.
• By the end of 90 days from start date, accurately and effectively perform 90% of all marketing admin tasks.
• Generate marketing initiatives that result in 50 new owner inquiries each month.
• Maintain an initial contact time with sales prospects of no more than 1 hour.

Requirements:
• C1-C2, Advanced/Fluent English Level Required.
• Minimum of 2 years in Marketing & Lead Generation Experience Required, preferably in the Property Management and/or Real Estate industry.
• Graphic design experience with proficiency in Canva.
• Ability and desire to work a minimum of 50% of each working day during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM in Pacific Standard Time.
