Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled RingCentral Administrator & Professional Services Specialist to manage and optimize our RingCentral accounts. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the RingCentral Admin Portal and RingCentral Professional Services, capable of setting up new accounts, configuring call flows, managing call queues, and ensuring seamless telephony operations for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure RingCentral Admin Portal settings, including user accounts, call flows, call queues, IVRs, and reporting.
Set up new RingCentral accounts, ensuring proper configurations and optimizations.
Work with RingCentral Professional Services to implement and enhance system functionalities.
Troubleshoot RingCentral-related issues, ensuring smooth system performance.
Maintain best practices for VoIP security, compliance, and system optimization.
Provide training and support for internal teams on RingCentral features and functionalities.
Monitor system performance, usage, and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing RingCentral accounts in the RingCentral Admin Portal.
Strong expertise in RingCentral Professional Services for account setup, call flow configurations, and queue management.
Hands-on experience with VoIP technology, SIP trunking, and cloud-based phone systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve RingCentral issues efficiently.
Strong understanding of call center configurations, IVR, and call routing strategies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and support internal teams on RingCentral features.
