Content Partnership Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Remote
Base Salary: $500/month + Performance Bonuses
Are you a relationship builder who knows how to connect with creators? We're a fast-growing ecommerce brand seeking a high-energy Content Partnership Manager to drive our UGC and influencer strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead cold outreach to creators across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
Nurture and maintain ongoing relationships with content creators for our ecommerce products
Secure YouTube collaborations and reviews
Manage our affiliate program for content creators
Drive product seeding initiatives
Track and report content delivery metrics
Hit monthly content acquisition targets

What Makes You Perfect:

Strong communication skills, especially in cold outreach
Experience in ecommerce influencer marketing
Understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing
Ability to build and maintain authentic relationships
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Understanding of content creation ecosystem

Compensation Structure:

Base salary: $500/month
Performance bonuses based on:

Number of active creators
Content pieces delivered
YouTube collaborations secured
Creator retention rates

This is a demanding, full-time position that requires consistent effort and results. We're looking for someone who:
