3. Coaching programs

Community Engagement:
Ultimate goal is for direct sales, however, social media will be used to find and nurture potential clients. Social Media responsibilities will be to create community and engage with content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct professional outreach calls and email campaigns to potential clients
- Follow established protocols for communicating our CBT-based methodology
- Track and report on outreach metrics and conversion rates
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions
- Provide feedback on response patterns to help optimize outreach strategies
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Represent our educational mission with authenticity and respect

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or educational services preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive topics with appropriate care
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and email management tools
- Ability to work US hours
