Job Title: Podcast Host

Job Type: Part-time (2-3 hours per week, potential of increasing to 6-10 hrs/week)
Compensation: $25 - $30 USD/ per hour based on experience, personality and English skills

About Us:
Green Frog Web Design specializes in serving businesses in the lawn and landscape industry. We're launching a podcast to engage with industry professionals, discuss trends, and share valuable insights. We’re looking for a talented host to lead engaging conversations and coordinate guest appearances.

Responsibilities:

Host and lead discussions on the podcast, ensuring a natural and engaging flow.
Coordinate with guests, schedule interviews, and prepare questions.
Maintain a professional yet conversational tone suitable for the lawn and landscape industry audience.
Collaborate with the co-host initially, with the goal of taking over full hosting duties.

Requirements:

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Strong ability to engage with guests and audiences naturally.
Experience in podcasting, broadcasting, or public speaking preferred but not required.
Interest or experience in the lawn and landscape industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
