Home Care Manager

We are looking for an Home Care Manager to help manage our successful Home Care business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating services.

You are highly detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities. As a manager, you will be primarily responsible will be scheduling which entrails collection, management, and reporting of scheduling information. You must be process-driven with exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about connecting patients and caregivers to improve lives.

Position Summary:
• Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area.
• Schedules caregivers as directed by client's care plan established upon intake. Monitoring work schedules for caregivers to meet patient care needs.
• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Adjusting staffing according to available staff and reporting changes to supervisors. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are Not interrupted.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company's policies and guidelines.
• Ensuring accuracy of time reports and verifying hours worked daily.
• Assists with the new hire process for all new employees and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
