Virtual Appointment Setter – Call & Follow Up on Warm Leads

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking appointment setter to call, follow up, and book appointments for our clients. These leads come from Facebook & Instagram ads, meaning they are already interested—we just need you to follow up and get them scheduled.

Pay: $50-$55 per week (based on experience & performance)
Hours: 24 hours per week (Monday-Saturday)
Work Location: 100% Remote
Sales & Appointment Setting Experience Preferred

If you have experience in appointment setting, lead follow-up, or sales, this will be an easy role for you to succeed in!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling inbound leads immediately after they opt-in.
- Following up with leads daily until they book an appointment.
- Using provided scripts (but also adapting based on conversations).
- Tracking and recording lead interactions in our CRM.
- Maintaining a professional, friendly, and persuasive tone at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker with NO strong accent (must sound natural & professional).
- Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales is a huge plus.
- Self-motivated & persistent—you must be willing to follow up consistently.
- Coachable & willing to improve—we provide training & expect you to optimize your approach.
- Available 4 hours per day, Monday-Saturday.

Pay & Hours
Weekly Rate: $50-55 (based on experience & performance).
Hours: Available between the hours of 8am EST - 6pm EST throughout the day
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (flexible, but must be consistent).
Pay is sent weekly.
