Are you an experienced Event Marketing Manager with a Master’s degree and 3-5+ years of expertise in leading large-scale conferences? Do you have a track record of successfully managing online and offline events from strategy to execution? We are looking for a professional to lead our next major event.
Position: Event Marketing Manager
Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote + On-site during the event)
Contract-Based: One major event (potential for a full-time role based on performance)
Location Requirement: Must be based in Metro Manila (for easy access to physical events)
Responsibilities
~Lead and manage the event from planning to execution
~Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure event success
~Develop and implement pre-event marketing strategies
~Manage social media campaigns to maximize event reach and engagement
~Oversee on-site marketing and event execution
~Identify risks and develop contingency plans
~Ensure budget efficiency while maximizing event impact
~Assist in hiring and managing event staff if needed
~Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting
Qualifications
~Must be based in Metro Manila for on-site event participation
~Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
~3-5+ years of experience leading large-scale conferences and hybrid events
~Strong expertise in marketing, social media management, and audience engagement
~Experience in HR or event staffing is a plus
~Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
~Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
~Experience in Web3, Crypto, or Fintech events is a plus
