We are seeking a Creative Automation Specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our startup AI automation agency. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to help establish and expand our business from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be proficient in tools like Go High-Level, API integrations, and email marketing, while also possessing the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions in an unstructured environment.

Key responsibilities include setting up and managing automation workflows, designing websites and sales funnels, and implementing effective outreach strategies to attract potential clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping our agency's processes and services, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. 1. Business Setup and Strategy

-Market Research: Understand the target market, identify potential customers, and analyze competitors.
Business Model Development: Help define the agency's services, pricing structure, and value proposition.
Brand Development: Assist in creating a brand identity, including logo design, color schemes, and messaging.

2. Technical Skills and Tools Proficiency

-Go High-Level Mastery: Set up and manage accounts, create workflows, and utilize CRM features effectively.
API Integration: Knowledge of how to connect various tools and platforms using APIs to automate processes.

-Email Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar for managing email campaigns.
Website and Funnel Creation: Proficiency in website builders (e.g., WordPress, ClickFunnels) to design and launch websites and sales funnels.

-Data Scraping Tools: Experience with tools like Phantombuster or similar to scrape business owner information from online sources.

-AI Tools: Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or other relevant platforms).

-Voice and Video AI Creation: Ability to create voiceovers and videos using AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, Descript).

3. Automation and Workflow Development

-Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement.

-Appointment Setting Automation: Set up systems for scheduling appointments, including calendar integrations and reminders.

-Lead Management: Create processes for tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

4. Outreach and Customer Engagement

-Cold Email Campaigns: Develop strategies for reaching out to potential customers, including crafting personalized email templates.

-CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management systems to track interactions and sales progress.

-Social Media Outreach: Utilize social media platforms for lead generation and engagement, including LinkedIn outreach.

-Networking: Identify and engage with industry groups, forums, and communities to build relationships and generate leads.

5. Content Creation and Marketing

-Content Marketing: Create valuable content (blogs, videos, infographics) to attract and engage potential customers.

-SEO Knowledge: Understand basic SEO principles to optimize website content and improve visibility.

-Lead Magnets: Develop lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, checklists) to capture email addresses and generate leads.

6. Analytics and Reporting

Performance Tracking: Set up analytics tools to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Reporting: Create regular reports on key metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

7. Customer Support and Relationship Management

-Client Onboarding: Develop processes for onboarding new clients, including setting expectations and providing training.
Ongoing Support: Establish systems for providing ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs, and gathering feedback.

-Feedback Loops: Implement mechanisms for collecting client feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Staying Updated: Regularly research and learn about new tools, trends, and best practices in AI and automation.
