JOB OVERVIEW

The Super Agent - Senior Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our patients and assisting in the operational efficiency of our offices.
This position requires training across multiple accounts to ensure flexibility and responsiveness in covering for specific offices during staffing shortages. The ideal candidate will excel in patient communication, administrative tasks, and training new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care Coordination:
Serve as the primary contact for patients, providing exceptional patient service and support over the phone.
Assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care as needed.
Ensure all patient interactions are documented accurately in the system.

Office Coverage:
Be prepared to cover understaffed offices, providing seamless support when needed.
Adapt quickly to different office protocols and systems to maintain continuity of care.
You will be cross trained in multiple offices to ensure that you understand the SOP before you are officially onboarded to cover a particular office

Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records, pre auth and medical copays
Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the office
Audits Agent Calls when not covering for any offices

Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to develop skills across multiple accounts.
Assist in onboarding and training new staff members to ensure they understand our protocols and patient care standards.

Qualifications:
Must have a previous BPO experience
Must have an experience handling a healthcare account
