Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Graphic Design Manager to lead RS Group’s branding, content marketing, and design efforts. This role requires a mix of hands-on graphic design skills and high-level marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, support sales, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Management: Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and event marketing materials.
Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals, including website assets, social media content, infographics, and email campaigns.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business objectives, sales initiatives, and customer engagement.
Social Media & Content Creation: Manage RS Group’s social media presence, create engaging content, and optimize performance through analytics.
Website & Digital Presence: Oversee website updates, and digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
Marketing Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), and social media management.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate business goals into compelling marketing visuals and campaigns.
Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box to create engaging and impactful marketing materials.
