Acumatica ERP Specialist

We are a growing mechanical equipment distribution, services & construction company based in the U.S., currently implementing Acumatica ERP to optimize our business operations. We are seeking an Acumatica ERP Specialist to support our ERP implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization. If you have deep experience with Acumatica, including General Inquiries (GIs), dashboards, Report Designer, and workflow automation, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities
Customize and optimize Acumatica to fit our business needs, ensuring smooth workflows across inventory, sales, purchasing, and financials.
Develop and maintain General Inquiries (GIs) to extract actionable insights from our data.
Design dashboards and reports using Acumatica’s Report Designer to improve visibility into key performance metrics.
Automate workflows and business processes using Acumatica’s customization tools.
Assist with data migration and validation during our ERP transition.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to our team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
Train end-users on Acumatica features, best practices, and reporting tools.
Stay up to date with Acumatica updates, modules, and best practices to continuously improve our system.
Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Acumatica ERP, including implementation and customization.
Strong skills in creating General Inquiries (GIs), dashboards, Report Designer, and automation workflows.
Experience working with inventory management, purchasing, financials, and distribution modules within Acumatica.
Understanding of SQL, data structures, and Acumatica’s customization framework (C# or Acumatica xRP platform experience is a plus).
Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related issues and improve system efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in reporting and workflows.
