Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Social Media Content Creator to manage, grow, and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in content creation, video editing, social media scheduling, and lead management. The ideal candidate should have strong English skills and must provide proof of successful strategies used to grow social media accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging and high-quality content tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit videos for reels, shorts, and other social media formats.
• Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and brand messaging.
• Post content across all platforms and optimize for each audience.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience interaction.
• Identify potential leads, follow up with them, and qualify them for the pipeline.
• Track and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as needed for growth.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:
• Proven experience growing social media accounts with measurable results.
• Strong English skills for clear, engaging content and professional communication.
• Video editing proficiency using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
• Ability to create effective content strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Understanding of analytics tools to measure content success and adjust accordingly.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
