JOB OVERVIEW

We're a UK-based web design and marketing agency. We launch 10-12 new websites per month, but at the Upgrade to see actual infont, we don't share these on social media. We also have lots of 5* reviews that we'd like to turn into social media posts and share.

We'd like to start building the number of connections on LinkedIn from our personal profiles, adding a case study page on our website when it goes live and sharing these case studies on LinkedIn with tracking links to landing pages.

We're looking for a part-time (2 hours per day) LinkedIn social media assistant for our business.

The successful Social Media Assistant's role will include:
1. A weekly meeting (on Monday) to discuss the project/case study that we're going to focus on for the week
2. 1 new case study added to our website per week (we use the Divi Theme on WordPress and will provide training on how to add the case study)
3. The case study turned into a LinkedIn social media post each week and shared via our business page
4. A testimonial turned into an image and posted on social media each week and shared via our business page
5. Each day, to login to two separate LinkedIn accounts (the 2 Directors) and send 30-40 connection requests to business owners
6. Each week, to share the company's social media posts from the two Directors' personal LinkedIn Profiles

Requirements
• Ability to work 9-11 UK time Monday-Friday
• Great English skills for the Monday 15-minute Zoom call
• Ability to make great-looking social media posts using Canva
• Being very reliable, this is extremely important for us
• Having WhatsApp for easy communication
• Having a strong internet connection
