We are looking for a highly skilled video editor who can help create engaging, high-quality YouTube videos for a personal finance brand.

Position Details
Rate: $100 per video (10-minute average length)
Workload: 1-3 videos per week (consistent work)
Turnaround: Must complete videos within 24-48 hours (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Payment: Paid via Wise or PayPal (bi-weekly payments)

Job Responsibilities
Edit talking head videos for YouTube (typically around 10 minutes long).
Remove silences, mistakes, and dead air while maintaining natural pacing.
Add motion graphics, graphs, calculations, text animations, and simple effects to enhance engagement.
Use Call to Leap’s brand colors, fonts, and style (Brand Style Guide provided).
Add relevant B-roll clips from YouTube and finance media sources (NO generic stock footage).
Use smooth transitions, subtle zoom-ins/outs, and dynamic cuts to keep viewers engaged.
Ensure all videos are polished and double-checked before submission.

Qualifications & Skills Needed
Expert in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects is a plus)
Experience editing YouTube videos (finance, business, or educational content preferred)
Fluent in English (must understand the context of the videos)
Great attention to detail (we expect high-quality work the first time)
Must follow structured editing SOPs and branding guidelines
Strong work ethic & fast response times (must reply within 24 hours, excluding weekends)

Compensation & Work Expectations
Payment: $100 per video, paid via Wise or PayPal (bi-weekly payments)
Workload: 1-3 videos per week (each ~10 mins long)
Turnaround: Must complete edits within 24-48 hours (NO late submissions)
Long-term position for the right candidate
