Looking for QUALIFIED Candidate who has the SKILLS and EXPERIENCE in convincing & influencing people in order for people to accept an Appointment with an Insurance Agent for a face-to-face meeting. QUALIFIED Candidate must have previous experience in COLD CALLING for Appointment Setting. LASTLY, applying Candidate must be able to speak AND write in English proficiently and is required to be 25 years or older.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & other Requirements
1. MUST have 2 years of experience in Cold Calling SPECIFICALLY for Appointment Setting
2. IN ADDITION, must have 1 year of experience in OUTBOUND calling SPECIFICALLY for Lead Generation
3. Candidates with 1 year or more of experience in Medicare Appointment Setting are HIGHLY encouraged to Apply
4. Need to have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop
LANGUAGE & AGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Speak/Write in English proficiently
2. Must be 25 years or older
JOB DISCRIPTION CONSIST OF:
1. Appointment Setter will Cold Call Leads to convince & influence Prospects to accept an appointment with a Agent
2. The appointment Prospect accepts is for Agent to visit Prospect's home about Medicare(health) insurance for Seniors
3. A minimum of 5 appointments are required to be booked per day or a minimum of 25 appointments per week.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Approximately 4 hours are required to work per day from Monday to Friday.
Work Schedule is mostly flexible with working hours that take place sometime between 10am to 6pm MST Arizona time zone.
VERY IMPORTANT: Candidate will get paid per Appointment($4.75) booked AFTER working two weeks
instead of getting paid per Hour($4.25)

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent job that requires a minimum of Appts to be provided every week consistently
2. Pay will be increased after 60 days of working and increased amount depends on employee's performance
3 Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new pay rate
4. 13th Month Bonus is available
