JOB OVERVIEW

BE : 1 MEDIA™? is a full-service digital agency specialising in business consultancy, digital marketing, e-commerce, and conversion-driven strategies. We are seeking an experienced Sales Funnel Specialist to design, build, and optimise high-converting funnels across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in funnel strategy, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and paid traffic integration, ensuring seamless customer journeys that drive revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimise end-to-end sales funnels for e-commerce, lead generation, and digital product sales.
• Strategise and implement high-converting landing pages, checkout pages, and upsell sequences.
• Manage and optimise email automation and follow-up sequences to increase conversions and customer retention.
• Integrate funnels with PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing, CRO analysis, and performance tracking to continuously refine and improve results.
• Analyse funnel performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and ad specialists to create compelling and engaging funnel assets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices for sales funnel automation and optimisation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in building and optimising digital sales funnels (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Kartra, or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience with landing page builders, automation tools, and CRM integrations (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Expertise in paid advertising strategies and their role in funnel traffic.
• Strong data analysis skills, able to track and interpret funnel performance metrics.
• Ability to write and optimise high-converting sales copy (headlines, CTAs, and email sequences).
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and split testing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and KPIs.
