Real Estate Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve Specialist)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced real estate video editor to join our creative team. This is a full-time remote role, working with a premium content agency that produces high-end property videos for real estate agents and developers.

Responsibilities:

Edit high-end real estate video tours with smooth pacing and cinematic quality.
Organise and structure footage in DaVinci Resolve (bins, metadata, proxies, color-coded timelines).
Handle multi-cam footage and syncing stabilised/gimbal shots.
Colour grade to maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic.
Create 4K/HD polished video edits with cinematic storytelling.
Add lower thirds, motion elements, and basic graphics where required.
Edit short-form cutdowns for social media marketing.
Export high-quality files optimised for web, social media, and real estate platforms.
Requirements:

Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
Experience editing real estate videos (provide portfolio).
Strong skills in colour grading, cinematic transitions, and pacing.
Ability to work efficiently with RAW and ProRes footage using proxies.
Excellent file management and organisation skills.
Stable internet connection and backup solutions.
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience working remotely for creative agencies is a plus.

Salary: ?60,666 PHP/month + 13th month pay.
