The role is designed for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in graphic design, social media content creation.
Whilst this is a part-time role, we see it as a long term commitment in a permanent role for an established business. And a possibility to go Full-Time.

Salary: 22,000-25,000 PHP per month (20 hours per week) + Bonuses & Paid Leave
Hours (in Philippine Time):
4 hours per day 7am - 11am Monday to Friday
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
MUST HAVES
1. Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and manage content for Instagram,
Maintain and update the social media content planner, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Engage with the audience through community management, responding to comments and messages.
Liaise with clients regarding important messages or business-related enquiries via social media.
Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.
Utilise available memberships and content resources to enhance the structure and quality of posts.
Ensure social media content reflects the company’s unique building style, values, and growth strategies.
2. Graphic Design & Branding
Design internal documents, signage, and branded materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Ideally you have your own license, but we can provide.
Edit and manage existing brand assets and templates for consistency across all marketing materials.
Create visually compelling designs for social media posts, Instagram reels, carousels, stories, and
Work with branded Word documents, ensuring alignment with company guidelines on fonts, images, and styling.
Export and optimise designs for digital use, ensuring high-quality graphics across platforms.
NICE TO HAVE’S (But not essential)
3. Website & Digital Content Management
Manage and update the WordPress website using Elementor.
Upload and format blog posts with SEO-optimised content.
Optimise images for web performance using Photoshop.
Implement SEO strategies, with a strong emphasis on organic SEO, to improve search rankings, particularly within the construction industry.
Provide recommendations on improving the brand’s digital presence and aligning with the company’s styling and approach.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of social media content strategy and branding
Experience in content planning, engagement management, and performance analytics
Knowledge of WordPress (Elementor) for website management
Expertise in SEO, particularly organic SEO (Not essential)
Experience in Australian construction industry (preferred but not essential)
A self-motivated, creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Willingness to buy into and invest in the company’s unique way of building homes, relationships, and brand identity
Designing in Microsoft Word

3-4 years experience working remotely as a talented graphic designer for US, Australian, or European clients.
Strong English and communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in content creation across multiple platforms and intermediate-level graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
A keen eye for Western Graphic Design style
Direct experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
This role is suited to someone intuitive, proactive, and enthusiastic, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and improvements to social media and digital content strategies.
