Requirements:
? Extremely responsible and reliable – You take ownership of your work and don’t need reminders.
? Strong attention to detail – You notice small mistakes and ensure information is always accurate.
? Independent & proactive – You solve problems on your own and don’t wait to be told what to do.
? Fluent in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Able to work night and/or weekend shifts.
? Comfortable with video calls.
? Stable internet connection.
? Prior experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, but not required. We value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn over experience.
