Role Overview
The Ad Specialist at 2San is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Google, Meta, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance marketing, and a deep understanding of e-commerce advertising.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies to maximize ROI and drive sales across key digital platforms.
Manage campaigns for 2San’s products on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, Meta
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Continuously analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, ACOS, conversion rates, etc.) and make real-time adjustments.
Track key KPIs and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with the e-commerce and sales teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
Budget Management
Manage and allocate ad spend efficiently across platforms to maximize profitability.
Monitor daily and monthly budget pacing to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for increased investment.
Creative Development & Collaboration
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
Ensure that all advertising aligns with 2San’s brand messaging and compliance guidelines.
Test different ad formats, including video, static images, and interactive content, to enhance engagement.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay up to date on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices for paid media.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats in the market.
Utilize insights from customer behavior and market data to refine targeting and ad strategies.
Reporting & Insights
Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably within e-commerce or consumer health products.
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with a strong ROAS.
Experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Excel, and advertising dashboards.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Must be eligible to work in AU time zone
Location: Remote, work from home
Compensation: 30,000 PHP per month
