Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and digital content creation, ensuring that Law Assist remains a leading name in legal outsourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Law Assist’s services across various platforms.

Manage and optimise LinkedIn marketing efforts, including content creation, networking, and engagement.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, client outreach, and promotional materials.

Create compelling and professional content for social media, blogs, and website updates.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the legal outsourcing industry.

Analyse marketing performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.

Assist in organising and promoting webinars, client presentations, and industry events.

Maintain and update marketing databases, including leads, contacts, and engagement tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and content creation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Odoo, Canva, Microsoft 365).

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

Ability to develop creative and engaging marketing materials.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Understanding of the legal industry or professional services marketing is a plus.
