Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong industry experience in the screen printing, DTF, R/P, and embroidery sectors. You will be responsible for creating, preparing, and finalizing artwork for production while ensuring designs meet quality standards for printing and embroidery processes. This is a hands-on role, requiring immediate availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Artwork Creation & Preparation – Design and optimize graphics for screen printing, DTF, R/P, and embroidery to ensure high-quality output.
? File Management & Pre-Press Setup – Prepare print-ready files (vectorizing, color separations, screen setups, and embroidery digitization).
? Mockups & Client Proofs – Create digital proofs and mockups for customer approvals before production.
? Branding & Customization – Develop custom logos, corporate branding, and unique artwork for clients.
? Industry Software Mastery – Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and embroidery digitization software for high-quality designs.
? Quality Control – Ensure designs meet industry standards and client specifications.
? Time Management – Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining design accuracy.

Skills & Experience Required

???? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design for screen printing, DTF, R/P, and embroidery.
???? Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) & embroidery digitization software.
???? Strong understanding of color separations, halftones, vectorization, and print-ready artwork.
???? Experience working with Pantone color matching for printing.
???? Ability to create mockups, digital proofs, and layout adjustments.
???? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
???? Experience working with DTF, embroidery stitch files, and R/P print processes.
???? Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

? Experience in web-based design for e-commerce or apparel design platforms.
? Understanding of print production workflows and pre-press setup.
? Knowledge of heat transfers, sublimation, and specialty printing techniques.
