Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.
-Manage
-Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.
-Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.
-Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.
-Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.
-Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.
-Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
-Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
-Leadership or management experience is desirable.
Internet Requirements:
-DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps.
