Probate Law Paralegal

Probate Law Paralegal (Litigation & Non-Litigation)

We are looking for an experienced paralegal with 2+ years of experience in working for probate law firms in the US. You will be working full time (50 hours/week), during US business hours (PST), for a probate litigation firm in California. To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

- Advanced level of English, spoken and written (C level);
- Experience in providing paralegal support 3+ years;
- Experience working for a US probate law firm 2+ years;
- Experience writing, editing, and reviewing legal documents;
- Experience in supporting case management & client intake;
- Experience in conducting legal research & evidence gathering;
- Experience in client liaison, interviewing, and scheduling;
- Willingness to work 50 hours/week, from home, permanently;
- Quiet home office with internet & power backup.

You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.
