Position: Medical Virtual Assistant [S-AP]
Position Type: Part -Time (20 hours / week), with potential to transition into a full time position
Work Hours: 10:10 AM - 5:10 PM (EST)
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview
We seek a quick, efficient, and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to support our practice. This role involves administrative, patient coordination, and medical office support tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
1.Patient Scheduling & Follow-ups: Manage appointments, send reminders, and handle patient outreach
2.Medical Admin Tasks: Assist with pre-op, insurance claims processing, accounts receivable reports, and intakes and other related tasks
3.Reception & Communication: Answer patient inquiries, coordinate with providers, and manage emails and newsletters
4.Telehealth & Remote Patient Monitoring: Oversee virtual appointments and assist with patient care coordination

Ideal Candidate
*Relevant Work Experience: Prior experience in medical administration or a similar role
*Quick & Efficient: Works with speed and accuracy
*Detail-Oriented: Tracks tasks and provides timely updates
*Excellent Communicator: Proactive and responsive
*Compassionate & Professional: Ensures quality patient interactions
*Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Practice Fusion, Acuity, and CRM tools

Technical Requirements
*Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
*Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
*Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
*Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
*Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.

Additional Requirements
*Availability for video meetings with the video on as needed.
*Must not be working with any other clients during required work hours.
