Appointment Setting Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our team as an Appointment Setting Specialist. This role involves contacting potential clients, clearly and concisely explaining our life insurance services, and scheduling appointments for our life insurance specialist. The successful candidate will also be responsible for various administrative tasks.

This position offers a stable base salary with the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses based on your performance. Significantly increase your earnings with our uncapped bonus potential! Bonus potential per month could be around $1,000 of additional income.

Compensation:
• $700 monthly base pay
• Uncapped bonus potential: Earn substantial bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for life insurance specialists.
• Clearly and professionally communicate the benefits of our life insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in telemarketing and appointment setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Life insurance background is a plus.
