Salary: $450 - $600/month (Full-Time)

Retail Rebel Revolution is a game-changing trade show that brings small brands, retailers, and buyers together like never before. We need a high-energy Community Engagement VA to grow, engage, and manage our Facebook Group, Upgrade to see actual infomunity, and Slack channels.

Your Role:
As our Community Engagement VA, you will be the voice of Retail Rebel Revolution online—starting discussions, engaging with members, and ensuring that our exhibitors and sponsors feel supported.

Responsibilities:
Daily engagement & discussions in our Facebook Group & Upgrade to see actual infomunity.
Start, moderate, and reply to posts that spark industry conversations.
DM & nurture relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.
Share relevant industry news, exhibitor spotlights, and trade show updates.
Post 3+ times per day in the group with engaging questions, polls, and tips.
Ensure all exhibitor and sponsor inquiries are answered promptly.
Manage onboarding of new group members.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in community management (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Slack).
* Excellent written English & communication skills.
* Outgoing, social personality—must love networking & starting conversations.
* Experience with lead nurturing & community-driven marketing.
* Ability to work independently & take initiative.
