Retail Rebel Revolution is not your typical trade show—we’re disrupting the industry and changing how brands connect with retailers. We need an experienced, results-driven Social Media & Content Marketing VA to execute high-volume, high-impact marketing across multiple platforms.
Your Role:
As our Social Media & Content Marketing VA, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing social media content for all major platforms, including:
* Instagram
*
* LinkedIn
* TikTok
*
* YouTube Shorts
You will execute our marketing strategy (crafted by our leadership team), ensuring that we show up EVERYWHERE, EVERY DAY.
Responsibilities:
Create 5+ high-quality posts daily across all platforms (graphics, carousels, short-form videos,
Repurpose content across different formats to maximize reach.
Edit video clips (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva Video, or other tools).
Write compelling captions & social posts that drive engagement.
Engage with our audience daily (respond to comments, DMs, and discussions).
Schedule and manage posts via Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Suite.
Work closely with our marketing strategist to follow a clear weekly content plan.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of social media management experience (preferably in B2B, trade shows, or consumer products).
* Strong English writing skills (must be able to write engaging, conversion-driven posts).
* Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for basic graphic & video creation.
* Understanding of content strategy & engagement growth tactics.
* Ability to work independently and meet daily content deadlines.
